Larraz Building Excellence strives to be a five star service provider and part of our service is to provide you with continuation of maintenance that all homes require. Our home management services are designed to help your household run more efficiently.   We will start with an initial consultation to establish known problems.  Next, we recommend doing a home inspection, with a third party, to uncover many of the hidden problems that may exist.  Larraz will create a comprehensive list of the problems to be addressed, an annual maintenance plan, and a timeline that will work with your schedule.

Boiler/Furnace Service, Plumbing service/repair, Air Conditioning maintenance, kitchen appliance replacement,  Duct cleaning, Electrical systems, Smoke detectors, Carbon monoxide detectors, alarm systems,  and Mechanical room improvements.

Internal Environment

Professional cleaning services, window cleaning, asbestos testing & abatement, radon testing & abatement, painting, and  interior design.

Health & Fitness

Larraz Building Excellence takes exercise seriously.  Yoga, Pilates, Free weights, or cycling, exercising at home is something the entire family can enjoy.  If you would like to design and build a home exercise room we would like to help. 

External Environment

Energy audits, weather proofing, caulking, window replacement, gutter repair/replace, gutter cleaning, masonry repair, patio repair/replace, deck maintenance, roof repair, storm windows,  and painting.

The Yard Work

Sprinkler repair, spring start up, fall shut down, spring & fall clean up, snow removal, leaf removal, plantings, weeding, lawn mowing, edging, and general yard maintenance.
